Club Reduce

Our weight loss program can help manage obesity, chronic illness, pain, and promote overall wellness. Our chiropractor will design a special diet to meet your nutritional needs. We have healthy weight loss diets for patients with allergies, gluten intolerance, and chronic conditions. Our program may also include a safe detox program that cleans out harmful toxins from the body and digestive tract. Our chiropractor can recommend healthy shakes and supplements for this process.

The diet will include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, grass-fed and hormone-free meats and poultry, fish, beans, whole grains, dairy, and healthy oils. A healthy diet is an important part of losing weight. When you eat the right foods, it is easier to control hunger pangs that can lead to eating junk food. We will work to eliminate excess sugar, fat, and salt from your diet.

Our chiropractor will design an exercise program that you can perform at home or at the gym that has specific exercises designed to help manage pain, increase mobility, and burn calories. Exercises we recommend may involve the use of weights, exercise balls, or a stationary bike. For those who prefer outdoor exercise, we may recommend walking, running, biking, swimming, gardening, yard work, dancing, or housework. Your exercise routine will be designed for your physical needs and interests.
